Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 30, 2026
spraypost is a tool that publishes photos and videos to the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect, at the time you choose. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
1. Data we collect
- Connected account data: account ID, username, and the access and refresh tokens you grant through each platform's official login (OAuth). We never see or store your passwords.
- Content you submit: photos, videos, captions, titles and the scheduled time.
- Publishing results: post IDs, status and error messages returned by the platforms.
- Your email address for your spraypost account.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, or data about your followers.
2. How we use it
Only to publish your content to your connected accounts at your request, and to show you the results. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
3. Who we share it with
- Your content is sent only to the platform you choose: Meta (Instagram), TikTok, or Google (YouTube).
- Cloudflare provides our hosting, database and file storage.
No other third parties receive your data.
4. Storage and retention
- Media files are kept only until they are published, then deleted automatically. If publishing fails, they are deleted within 7 days.
- Tokens are stored encrypted and deleted as soon as you disconnect the account or delete your spraypost account.
- Post records are kept until you delete them or your account.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and may be processed outside the Republic of Korea.
5. YouTube and Google
spraypost uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke spraypost's access at any time from your Google security settings.
spraypost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Disconnecting and deleting your data
- Disconnect any account at any time. Its tokens are deleted immediately.
- You can also revoke access from each platform's settings, in the list of connected apps or app permissions for Instagram and TikTok, and in your Google security settings.
- To delete all of your data, email help@spraypost.com with the subject "Delete my data". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS, tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to stored data is limited to the operator.
8. Children
spraypost is not intended for anyone under 14.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.

spraypost는 이용자가 연결한 인스타그램·틱톡·유튜브 계정에 사진과 영상을 이용자가 정한 시각에 올려 주는 도구입니다. 이 방침은 어떤 정보를 왜 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 연결한 계정 정보: 각 플랫폼의 공식 로그인(OAuth)으로 이용자가 허락한 계정 ID, 사용자 이름, 접근·갱신 토큰. 비밀번호는 보거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 올릴 콘텐츠: 사진, 영상, 캡션, 제목, 예약 시각
- 게시 결과: 플랫폼이 돌려주는 게시물 ID, 상태, 오류 메시지
- 이메일 주소: spraypost 계정용
광고 식별자, 연락처, 팔로워 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
이용자의 요청에 따라 연결된 계정에 콘텐츠를 올리고 그 결과를 보여 주는 데에만 씁니다. 정보를 팔거나 광고에 쓰거나 AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 제공 및 위탁
- 콘텐츠는 이용자가 고른 플랫폼에만 보냅니다: Meta(인스타그램), TikTok, Google(유튜브)
- 서버·데이터베이스·파일 보관은 Cloudflare에 맡깁니다.
그 밖의 제3자에게는 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 보관 기간
- 사진·영상 파일: 게시가 끝나면 자동으로 삭제합니다. 게시에 실패하면 7일 안에 삭제합니다.
- 토큰: 암호화해 보관하며, 계정 연결을 끊거나 spraypost 계정을 지우면 바로 삭제합니다.
- 게시 기록: 이용자가 지우거나 계정을 지울 때까지 보관합니다.
정보는 Cloudflare 인프라에 저장되며 대한민국 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
5. 유튜브와 구글
spraypost는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 유튜브 계정을 연결하면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 구글의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 언제든 Google 보안 설정에서 spraypost의 접근을 끊을 수 있습니다.
spraypost가 Google API로 받은 정보를 쓰거나 다른 앱으로 옮길 때는 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 연결 해제와 정보 삭제
- 언제든 계정 연결을 끊을 수 있으며, 끊으면 그 계정의 토큰을 바로 삭제합니다.
- 각 플랫폼 설정에서도 접근을 끊을 수 있습니다: 인스타그램·틱톡은 연결된 앱(앱 권한) 목록에서, 구글은 보안 설정에서
- 모든 정보 삭제를 원하면 help@spraypost.com으로 제목 "Delete my data" 메일을 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다.
7. 안전 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화하고, 토큰은 암호화해 저장하며, 저장된 정보에는 운영자만 접근합니다.
8. 아동
만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
9. 변경
방침이 바뀌면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 알립니다.
