Terms of Service
Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. The service
spraypost publishes the photos and videos you submit to the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect, immediately or at a scheduled time.
2. Your content and accounts
- You must own, or have the rights to publish, everything you submit.
- You are responsible for your content and for the accounts you connect.
- You must follow each platform's rules, including the Instagram Terms of Use, the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use spraypost for spam, illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or to get around a platform's limits.
4. Platforms
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube may change their services, reject or remove posts, or limit access at any time. Publishing can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, and we are not responsible for the platforms' actions.
5. Availability
spraypost is provided "as is". We may change, pause or end the service.
6. Fees
spraypost is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before charging anything.
7. Ending use
You can stop using spraypost and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost posts, lost revenue or account restrictions imposed by a platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
10. Changes
We will post changes here at least 7 days before they take effect.

1. 서비스
spraypost는 이용자가 올린 사진과 영상을, 이용자가 연결한 인스타그램·틱톡·유튜브 계정에 바로 또는 예약한 시각에 게시합니다.
2. 콘텐츠와 계정
- 올리는 콘텐츠는 이용자가 소유하거나 게시할 권리가 있어야 합니다.
- 콘텐츠와 연결한 계정에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 각 플랫폼의 규칙을 지켜야 합니다: 인스타그램 이용약관, 틱톡 서비스 약관, YouTube 서비스 약관
3. 금지 행위
스팸, 불법 콘텐츠, 남의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠, 플랫폼 제한을 피하려는 용도로 쓸 수 없습니다.
4. 플랫폼
인스타그램·틱톡·유튜브는 언제든 서비스를 바꾸거나 게시물을 거부·삭제하거나 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다. 게시는 저희가 통제할 수 없는 이유로 늦어지거나 실패할 수 있으며, 플랫폼의 조치에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 서비스 제공
spraypost는 있는 그대로 제공되며, 서비스를 바꾸거나 멈추거나 끝낼 수 있습니다.
6. 요금
지금은 무료입니다. 유료 요금제를 만들면 요금을 받기 전에 먼저 알립니다.
7. 이용 종료
언제든 이용을 멈추고 정보 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다(개인정보처리방침 참고). 약관을 어긴 계정은 이용을 멈출 수 있습니다.
8. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 범위에서, 게시물 손실, 수익 손실, 플랫폼이 건 계정 제한 등 간접적·부수적 손해는 책임지지 않습니다.
9. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
10. 변경
약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전까지 이 페이지에 알립니다.
